I love them and want more. The only bad thing I've had is they are super easy to lose because they are clear but that's not their fault. They are perfect in my nose. So amazing.

Love it. I definitely recommend finding the right size by trying the starter pack. I will be ordering the medium size refill soon. The product creates just enough outward force to open my nostril enough to be able to breathe. I still use my allergy sprays but this product certainly helps.
