SIZING & ADJUSTMENTSProper Sizing & Adjustments For Performance, Fit, Comfort & Retention. Proper sizing and fitting is important to optimize performance and ensure retention during sleep or athletic performance. Virtually ALL users will need to follow the PerformAIR® Quick Start Instructions (PDF) and Video Instructions to select the correct size nasal dilator and to make the adjustments needed to optimize the fit and performance of the nasal dilator.

Includes: Three (3) PerformAIR of each size - Large, Medium, & Small, (1) Storage | Travel Case & Instructions In order to determine which nasal dilator size best fits your nose shape and size, we recommend first time use the Starter Pack. The Starter Pack is designed to allow new users to determine which PerformAIR® Nasal Dilator size best fits the size and shape of their unique nose. Includes: One (1) PerformAIR of the selected size: Large, Medium or Small Once you know which size fits you best based on the Starter Pack, we offer Refill Packs are available in size Large, Medium, or Small and all include a Storage | Travel Case and provide approximately a 21-day supply or use, if used every day.

ADDITIONAL SIZE DETAILSThis option provides an approximation of the proper size and is not a guarantee of the proper size. Measure the width of your thumb at the first knuckle behind the nail, at the widest point. Match that dimension to the closest one below to determine best starting point for your size. We recommend purchase of the STARTER PACK so you can try all three (3) sizes (Large, Medium & Small) for the best performance, fit, comfort and retention.
