Therefore, for sanitary reasons, all sales are final - except as noted below.
If the product is defective or you did not receive the items you ordered, we will provide an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, with an approved Authorization Code.
You should find that PerformAIR™ notably improves your nasal breathing performance when properly sized and adjusted for fit.

Provide your order number, name, address, phone, email and a description of the defect with photo(s).

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
