By purchasing PerformAIR® Nasal Dilators, customers agree to our policies and terms including, but not limited to, our:  Return / Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Services.  Policies and Terms are presented on all purchase pages, on the navigation menus and on all Check Out pages.  

Most healthcare products on the market with any form of sanitary risk cannot be returned or refunded for the health and safety of all parties.

PerformAIR® is a healthcare product designed to be placed inside the nose.

Therefore, for sanitary reasons, all sales are final - except as noted below.

PerformAIR® Premium Adjustable Face Masks are a FINAL SALE item. No returns or refunds for sanitary reasons.

If the product is defective or you did not receive the items you ordered, we will provide an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, with an approved Authorization Code.    

You should find that PerformAIR® notably improves your nasal breathing performance when properly sized and adjusted for fit.

Provide your order number, name, address, phone, email and a description of the defect with photo(s).

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

PerformAIR® will not issue refunds on any returned items unless they were returned with an Authorization Code and receive an approval of the claim by customer support:     support@PerformAirUSA.com
